We currently have a no return policy. As a small business just starting we have decided to not do returns as of now.
FAULTY ITEM POLICY
At ARVIA ACTIVE, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. If you believe that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we encourage you to contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase for inspection. Our dedicated team will examine the provided images of the item for any faults. In the event that your item is deemed faulty, we will gladly provide an exchange, subject to the availability of the product in stock. If the product is unavailable, we will offer you store credit as an alternative. Please be advised that items outside of the 30-day period will not be considered under our Faulty Item Policy and therefore are not eligible for exchange/store credit. We appreciate your understanding and adherence to this policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
