Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. The full payment will be taken initially, as this acts as a deposit, as well as used for purchasing the items from our manufacturer. Once the product arrives in store, the order will be packed and shipped to you at the earliest possible date. Please note, it will take some time (up to multiple weeks) from your order being placed, to you receiving your item.
